How to change and update WooCommerce email settings
To access the admin panel of your site go to yoursite.com/wp-admin and log in with your username and password .
Navigate to Woocommerce -> Settings -> Emails.
Email Notifications: You can edit or customize email notifications templates. Click on manage, apply necessary changes and save changes.
Email Sender Options:
From Name: Name of your store or sender from which you want to send emails to your customer.
From Email: Email address from which all the notifications will be sent. Please bear in mind this should reflect your authorized sending address (typically your WP admin email), if you try to send from an email outside your domain then it will more than likely go to spam.
Email Template: You can customize email templates default settings like color, text, etc. which are common for all the emails.
Header Image: URL of the image you want to show on the header of your mail. You can add image media and get the URL from your media library.
Footer Text: Footer text, you can remove the WooCommerce credit and put your own details in there.
Base color: Main color for email template.
Background color: Main background color for email template.
Body Background: Background color of body text.
Body Text Color: Font color for body text.
To apply all changes to future emails, click ‘Save changes’.
