How to add attributes in WooCommerce

  1. To access the admin panel of your site go to yoursite.com/wp-admin and log in with your username and password

  1. Navigate to Products -> Attributes. 

  1. You can see the Add new attributes interface. 

  1. Enter the name of the attribute. 

  1. Hit ‘Add new Attribute’.



  1. Configure terms for attributes. For example: Color is added as an attribute then we need to add different colors. It is called terms. 

  1. Click on configure terms.




  1. You can see your attribute name as a term and add the necessary details.




  1. Enter name of color, description is optional and hit ‘Add new color’. You can add as many as you want.
